The Blacksmiths Shop
The Blacksmiths Shop is in Lanlivery, which is a small village near Lostwithiel. It's detached and used to be the village blacksmith's workshop. It's next to the church. You get the whole place and the garden to yourselves.
It sleeps two people. One bedroom, one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean but not luxury. You come in through the kitchen. There are a few steps up from there into the living room. The stairs to the bedroom are also fairly steep, just so you know.
The living room has a wood burner. There's a Smart TV and WiFi. The garden is a patio area with a table and chairs.
The Crown Inn pub is about two minutes' walk away. They do food. There are good walks right from the door, including the Saints Way path.
By car, you can get to a lot. The Eden Project is about 15 minutes away. Lanhydrock house is maybe 20 minutes. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are about half an hour. For the coast, Fowey and Mevagissey are roughly 20 to 30 minutes' drive. There's a farm shop with a distillery a short drive away in Lostwithiel.
Facilities: all the bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. There's no washing machine in the cottage, but I can usually help out if you need one. No pets, sorry.
