Windmills is a detached cottage in Mevagissey, Cornwall. It's in a pretty secluded spot overlooking the harbour.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. It has a 5 Star rating, which basically means it's well-finished and comfortable. Everything you'd need is there.
The main thing inside is the open-plan living area. There's a wood burner. The kitchen has a breakfast bar. Upstairs, all the bedrooms have good views. Bedroom two has a zip-and-link bed so you can have it as twins or a super king.
Outside there's a garden with furniture. The hot tub is here and fits eight. It looks out towards the harbour. There's also an old railway carriage in the garden, restored. It's got lights and power sockets. Kids seem to like it.
You're a couple of miles from the beach at Pentewan. Mevagissey itself is a proper fishing port, so you can watch the boats come in. There's a ferry from there to Fowey if you fancy a trip without driving.
Within half an hour's drive you've got the Eden Project at Bodelva. The Wheal Martyn clay mining museum is near St Austell. For walks, the South West Coast Path is right there. The National Trust has a lot of coastal spots nearby.
In terms of stuff, it's all included: bedding, towels, WiFi, parking. There's a washing machine and dishwasher. Pets are welcome, up to two.
