Gypsett is in Polruan. It's a two-up two-down cottage halfway up the hill on Polruan Road. It sleeps four.
It's got two bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom is a double. The other bedroom has one single bed and another single that pulls out from underneath it, so it can be two singles or pushed together. There's one bathroom with a bath and shower over it. It's rated 4 Star.
The living room has a wood burner. We leave some logs to get you started. There's a TV and WiFi. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. There's a raised deck out the back with a table and chairs.
You can bring one dog. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included.
Polruan is small. There are a couple of pubs, a shop, and a post office. You can get the ferry across the river to Fowey. That runs all year. The South West Coast Path goes right through.
Fowey is about a ten minute ferry ride. Looe is about a twenty minute drive. The Eden Project is half an hour away by car. Charlestown, which has old sailing ships, is about twenty five minutes.
The hill is steep. That's just Polruan. The stairs inside are also fairly steep, as they are in most old cottages here.
