Chapel House is in Polruan, Cornwall. It's a detached stone cottage. It's perched in the village, looking over the harbour towards Fowey.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. You'll find it's clean and comfortable without being extravagant.
The main bedroom has very good views over the river. The second bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed. The bathroom has a bath and a separate shower. The stairs are typical for a cottage, a bit steep.
You access the house on the first floor. There's a hallway, then stairs leading down to the main living area. The kitchen diner is on the lower floor and has a good view of the harbour. It's well equipped. There's a dishwasher and washing machine.
The garden is enclosed. It's a patio with some shrubs and plants. It's a nice spot to sit out.
Polruan itself has narrow streets. There are two pubs, a cafe and a small shop. You can get the passenger ferry across to Fowey, which has more shops and places to eat. Readymoney Cove is a short walk from the Fowey side.
For things to do, the South West Coast Path runs right through. The National Trust has several properties nearby, like Lanhydrock, which is about a 25 minute drive. The Eden Project is roughly half an hour away by car.
Facilities: Parking is on-street nearby. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot available. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome.
