Seascape

Seascape is in Polruan on the Cornish coast. It's a detached house on the hill above the village, so the views over the estuary to Fowey are the main thing. It sleeps ten people.

It's a 5 Star property, so it's well-equipped and finished to a high standard. There are five bedrooms and each has its own bathroom. One bathroom on the lower ground floor has a free-standing bath in the room as well as a shower. There's underfloor heating throughout.

The living room is on the ground floor with doors out to a balcony. The kitchen and dining area is on the same floor. Downstairs there's a games room with a pool table. There's also a sauna on that level.

Outside, there are patio balconies. The garden is sloped, with steps and drops, so you need to be careful.

Polruan is a quiet fishing village. You can get the foot ferry across the river to Fowey, which has shops, pubs and places to eat. The ferry runs regularly. The South West Coast Path goes right through. For a sandy beach, you drive to Lantic Bay or Polkerris, which is about a 20 minute drive.

The Eden Project is roughly a 25 minute drive. There are several National Trust properties and stretches of coast within half an hour, like Lanhydrock and Polperro.

Facilities include parking, WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher and a BBQ. Bedding and towels are provided. You can bring up to two dogs. There's a cot and highchair available.
