2 Le Dorney Villa is in Par. It's a terraced Victorian house, one of a row. It sleeps eight, over four bedrooms. There are two bathrooms.
It's a 4 Star place. That means it's comfortable and well-equipped. The layout is over three floors. The stairs are typical for a house this age, so they turn sharply and are a bit steep. It's quiet inside though, as the bedrooms are all on the upper floors.
Three bedrooms have zip and link beds, so you can have them as super kings or twins. The top floor is a single bedroom with an ensuite shower. It has French doors that open onto a private metal staircase down to the garden.
There's parking for one car right outside. The garden is tiered, with a patio area and some steps. You can walk to Par beach in about five minutes. It's a sandy beach, good for swimming. The South West Coast Path runs right past the end of the street.
For a pint or a meal, The Rashleigh Arms is a couple of minutes walk away. There's a fishmonger and a greengrocer in the village too. Par station is close if you want to get the train.
You can drive to the Eden Project in about ten minutes. It's a big landscape with the biomes. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are about twenty minutes away. Charlestown harbour, with the tall ships, is a five minute drive. Further along the coast, Fowey is nice for a wander and is about fifteen minutes by car.
Facilities are all there. Washing machine, dryer, WiFi, TV, bedding and towels are included. We allow up to two well-behaved dogs. There are two kayaks for guest use, stored at the house.
