Plot 1 The Nest.

Plot 1 The Nest is a new house in Charlestown, finished in 2023. It's right by the harbour, so you're about a minute's walk from the water, the pubs and the restaurants. The beach is two minutes the other way.

It sleeps six, in four bedrooms. Three bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and finished to a high standard. It feels modern and spacious inside. The kitchen has Miele appliances if that matters to you.

The master bedroom has a sea view. The garden and terrace are a good size. The entrance is all glass, so it's very light.

It's worth noting that it's listed as wheelchair accessible at the entrance and has an open plan layout. The stairs are fine, they're just normal stairs.

Facilities are all there: parking, wifi, washing machine, bedding and towels are included. No pets, sorry.

For things to do, you're right on the coast path. The beach is shingle. For a bigger beach day, Porthpean Beach is about ten minutes by car. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are a 15-minute drive, and the Eden Project is about 20 minutes away. If you want to go further, Mevagissey is a short drive along the coast.
