Garden Studio
This is the Garden Studio, in Little Polgooth. It's a coach house conversion in our garden. It sleeps two, one bedroom with a kingsize bed and an ensuite shower room. The rating is 4 Star. It's clean and comfortable, but it's not a big space.
The ceilings are sloping in parts. There are a couple of skylights. The front door is up some steps.
You have your own patio area with a table, chairs, and a barbecue. There's a chimenea for the evenings. The studio sits within about two acres of garden, which you're welcome to walk around. It's a proper garden with some unusual plants. There's also a separate shepherd's hut in the garden. You can use it. It's got a toilet, a fridge, and a wood burner inside. You can't sleep in it, but it's a nice spot to sit and look out.
The village pub is a short walk away. They do food. Pentewan Beach is about three miles if you fancy a walk, or a very short drive. Mevagissey, Charlestown, and Fowey are all within a fifteen to twenty minute drive. All have good places to eat and coastal paths.
Cycling is popular here. There's a local company that will hire you a bike and deliver it. We have storage if you bring your own.
For days out, The Eden Project is about ten minutes by car. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are a similar distance. The South West Coast Path is accessible from several nearby points.
Facilities included: Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, bedding and towels. There's parking right by the studio. No pets, sorry.
