The Farmhouse is in Hewas Water, near St Austell. It's detached, part of the Meadow Lakes holiday site. You get your own garden and patio with a BBQ.
It sleeps ten. Five bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's spacious, not fancy. The main bedroom has a zip-and-link bed, so it can be a king or two singles. There's a log burner in one living room. You can buy logs at reception.
Being on the site means you can use the outdoor swimming pool. There are four fishing lakes on site too, free for coarse fishing.
Practical stuff: there's a washing machine, cot, highchair, stairgate. Bedding and towels are included. WiFi and TV are there. You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking for you on site.
For the area, St Austell is your main town. Pentewan beach is a short drive away, it's a good sandy beach. The South West Coast Path is right there for walking.
You've got the Eden Project about twenty minutes away. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are a similar distance. Charlestown harbour is worth a look for the old ships.
