Bamburgh House

Bamburgh House is in Lucker, which is just outside Belford in Northumberland. It's a stone-built cottage, sleeps twelve. Six bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's practical, clean, and comfortable, not luxurious.

It's a big place, good for a group or a family gathering. There's a main living room with a wood burner and a TV. Then through the back there's a separate family room with another TV, if people want to split up. The kitchen is separate from the dining area. The dining table seats everyone, which is useful.

The stairs are a standard cottage staircase. Both bathrooms are upstairs, each has a bath with a shower over it.

Outside there's a garden, fully enclosed. Parking for several cars on the drive.

You're about a ten-minute drive from Bamburgh beach and castle. Holy Island is about fifteen minutes by car, but you have to check the tide times. The beach at Beadnell is good too, about twenty minutes away. For walking, you're close to the St Oswalds Way and the Northumberland Coast Path.

In terms of facilities, it's got what you'd need: WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, TVs. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate. You can bring up to two dogs.

There are a couple of other cottages next door that can be booked together if you need space for more people.
