This is Bill's House, up on the farm at Elwick near Belford. It's a semi-detached cottage, one of four on the site. The garden's enclosed, which is handy.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one kingsize and one twin. There are two bathrooms, one on each floor, which is useful. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. It's not huge, but it's got everything you need. There's a downstairs loo.
You're right on the edge of the farm here. The land goes down to the Lindisfarne National Nature Reserve. There's a wildlife hut you can walk to. For a proper beach, Ross Links and Bamburgh are a few minutes in the car. Holy Island is about a ten minute drive, but check the tide times.
Bamburgh village is close, with the castle and places to eat. Alnwick with the castle and garden is about 20 minutes. Berwick-upon-Tweed is roughly half an hour. The National Trust has a few places nearby like Lindisfarne Castle. You can get boat trips to the Farne Islands from Seahouses.
Facilities: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if you need it. Parking is right outside. You can bring two dogs. The garden has furniture and a barbecue.
