Adderstone Folly is a single-storey cottage on the edge of Bellshill, just off the A1 near Belford. It's handy for the road but you don't really hear it. The views are over fields.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, one of them has an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. There's a separate family bathroom too. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's modern and clean. Everything's on one level, which is good if stairs are a problem for anyone.
The garden is enclosed, so it's fine for dogs and kids. There's parking right there. If you've got an electric car, the charging point is at the nearby services, not on the plot itself.
You're about ten minutes' drive from some great beaches. Beadnell is good for a walk or a swim. Seahouses has the harbour for boat trips to the Farne Islands if you want to see the puffins and seals.
Bamburgh Castle is just along the coast. Alnwick is about twenty minutes away for the castle and gardens. Craster is nice for a walk and they do the kippers there.
Inside, there's a wood burner in the living room and a Smart TV. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. All the bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
