Halo Apartment
Halo Apartment is in Rawcliffe. It's on the ground floor of a modern block. You've got your own parking space right outside.
It's a one-bedroom place, sleeps two. Four Star rating. It's new and clean. Everything works. The layout is all open-plan, so the kitchen, living area and a small dining table are in one room. There's a separate bedroom with a decent double bed and another TV in there. The shower room is separate too, with a good shower.
You're about a 15-minute bus ride from the centre of York. The bus stop is a three-minute walk away. The buses are reliable. Driving and parking in York is difficult, so I'd use the bus.
The apartment is quiet. It looks out over some grass and trees. Rawcliffe Bar Country Park is just behind you for a walk. You can get down to the River Ouse from there.
In York, you've got the Minster, the walls, the Shambles. The National Railway Museum is free and really good, even if you're not that into trains. The Jorvik Viking Centre is popular. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants.
If you want to drive out, the North York Moors are about 45 minutes away. The Yorkshire Dales are a bit further, maybe an hour. Harrogate is about 45 minutes north, good for a day out.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, WiFi, Smart TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets, sorry. The apartment is decorated for Christmas if you book over that period.
