Priestley House is on Bootham in York. It's a three-storey townhouse, so you're on the first and second floors. The entrance is just for you.
It fits six people. Three bedrooms, one is a good size with its own shower. The main bathroom has a bath and a shower. It's a 4 Star place, which feels right. It's been done up recently.
The location is the main thing. You're a five-minute walk from the Minster and the middle of York. The railway station is about the same. You don't really need the car.
There's a small private balcony off the living room. It looks south over the Museum Gardens. You can see the art gallery.
Inside, it's a mix of old features and new furniture. The stairs are typical for a house like this. They're fine, but watch the steps.
Everything you'd need is there: Wifi, all bedding and towels, and the electricity is included. No pets, sorry.
For things to do, you're right there for everything in the city. For trips out, things like National Trust Yorkshire and York City Walls have good information. The North York Moors are about a forty-five minute drive if you want proper countryside.
