This is City 3 in York. It's a one bedroom apartment on the first floor of an old Georgian building. The ceilings are high, which is nice. It's for two people.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's been modernised inside. There's one bathroom with a shower. The living area is open plan.
The best thing is the location. You can walk into the centre of York in a few minutes. Bootham Bar and the Minster are just down the road. You can get to the Shambles, the walls, the museums, and plenty of pubs without needing a car. The local pub is about twenty yards away.
Inside, it's got a washing machine, a TV, and WiFi. The bedding and towels are included. There's bicycle storage if you need it. There's also an electric vehicle charger on site.
For days out, you can drive to the coast at Whitby or Scarborough in under an hour. The North York Moors are close. National Trust places like Beningborough Hall aren't far. Fountains Abbey is about an hour's drive.
