City 3 is an apartment in York. It's on the first floor of a Georgian building. High ceilings. It suits two people.
The layout is open plan, so the living, kitchen, and sleeping areas are all in one room. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well-equipped and comfortable.
Location is the main thing. You're a few minutes walk from Bootham Bar, which is one of the old gateways into the city centre. The Minster is right there. You can walk to the Theatre Royal, the Yorkshire Museum, and the Shambles easily. The walls are close by if you fancy a walk around them.
There's a shop, a pub, and restaurants about twenty yards from the front door. You won't need the car most days.
Facilities: the bed is made up for you, towels are included. There's a washing machine, TV, and WiFi. You can store bicycles and there's an electric vehicle charger if you need it.
If you want to drive out, you can get to Castle Howard or the coast at Whitby in under an hour. The North York Moors and the Dales are both within reach for a day trip.
