Ousebank House is in York, about a five minute walk from the city centre. It's a modern townhouse, one of a row. Sleeps four in two bedrooms. One's a double, the other has twin beds. There's one bathroom with a shower over the bath.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It was done up recently, so it's clean and fresh. Nothing fancy, but it's comfortable. You come in on the ground floor to the kitchen and living area. The stairs are inside, normal for a house.
Out the back there's a small patio area. It's private. It gets the sun in the afternoon. The River Ouse is just at the end of the street, so you can go straight for a walk along the bank.
You can walk to pretty much everything in York. The Minster, the Shambles, the Railway Museum, Clifford's Tower. It's all close. There are a lot of pubs and restaurants nearby. The walls are a good walk if you want to see the city from up high.
For a day out, the North York Moors are about half an hour's drive. The coast at Scarborough or Filey is about the same.
Inside, there's WiFi, a washing machine, and parking for one car on site. Bedding and towels are included. We can put a cot and highchair out if you need them. No pets, I'm afraid.
