Biggan Mews is a one-bedroom cottage in York, just inside Monk Bar. It sleeps two.
It's got a 3 Star rating, which means it's comfortable, clean and practical. You get a proper off-street parking space, which is a major plus given the location.
The space is open plan downstairs. Stairs lead up to the double bedroom and bathroom. The stairs are typical for this sort of building, so they're a bit steep.
You are right in the middle of things. The medieval walls and all the little lanes are about a hundred yards from the door. There's a pub just down the street and shops a few minutes' walk away.
Everything in the city centre is on your doorstep. The Minster, the Shambles, the Jorvik Centre, the Railway Museum. You can walk to it all. For things further out, like Castle Howard or the North York Moors Railway at Pickering, you'd want the car. They're about half an hour's drive.
Facilities include a dishwasher, wifi, and all bedding and towels. Parking is on site. No pets.
