This is York City Monkgate. It's a ground floor apartment in York, about a ten minute walk from the centre. You're right near the River Foss.
It sleeps five. Three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's well looked after. The main thing is you're in the city without having to worry about parking, as you get a private space.
You've got your own enclosed garden out the back. It's a sun trap in the afternoon. The inside is modern and clean. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The Minster is a fifteen minute walk. You can be on The Shambles in about ten. There's a decent pub for food 100 yards away, and a shop about 200 yards.
For a day out, the National Railway Museum is free and about a mile away. Beningbrough Hall is a twenty minute drive. The coast and the moors are both within an hour if you want to get out of the city.
Everything you need for the stay is included: bedding, towels, WiFi. There's a cot and highchair if you're bringing little ones. Sorry, no pets.
