Grange Garth Cottage
Grange Garth Cottage is just outside York. It’s a converted stable block on a private drive, so you’re on your own. It’s detached.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. Both are kingsize beds and both have their own shower room. The whole place has underfloor heating. It was done up recently.
The main room is open plan and faces south, so it gets a lot of light. There are patio doors out to a private patio with a table. You can bring one well-behaved dog.
Naburn is a small village on the river. There’s a pub you can walk to that does food. A bit further along is the York Marina cafe, where you can sit outside. There’s a cycle path from the village straight into York.
York city centre is about five miles away. That’s easy for the Minster, the Shambles, the Railway Museum, all of it. The Designer Outlet shopping centre is about two miles from the cottage.
The facilities are what you’d expect: dishwasher, wifi, parking, that sort of thing. Bedding and towels are included. There’s bicycle storage if you need it.
