This is York Boutique House in York. It's a 10 minute walk to the city centre, but it's on a quiet street.
It sleeps seven. There are three bedrooms. Two have super king size beds and one has a king size. One of the super kings can be split into two singles if you need it. There are two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and a sunken bath, and an ensuite shower in the top floor bedroom.
The place was all redone in 2022, so it's modern. There's a living room with a smart TV and a separate dining room. The kitchen has what you need. There's a small outside area at the back for when the weather's good.
Everything in York is walkable from here. The Minster, the Shambles, the Railway Museum, it's all close. You're far enough out that it's quiet at night, but you can be in the middle of things quickly.
For facilities, bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking on site. It has a 4 Star rating.
If you want to drive out, the North York Moors are about half an hour away. The coast at Scarborough or Filey is also around 30 minutes.
