Middle Cottage is in Dunnington, a village about three miles east of York. It's a mid-terraced cottage, so it's attached on both sides. It sleeps two, with one bedroom and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The cottage is all on two floors. Downstairs is the living room with a table for two, and the kitchen leads off from it. Upstairs is the bedroom with a king-size bed and the bathroom, which has both a bath and a shower.
The stairs are steep. They're typical cottage stairs.
Out the back is a small, enclosed patio. It's private. You can bring up to two dogs. There's a washing machine, and bedding and towels are included.
In the village there's a shop, a bakery, and a couple of pubs within walking distance. You can drive into York city centre in about ten minutes, or use the Park and Ride which is a few minutes down the road.
From here you're well placed for the University of York, York Minster, and the National Railway Museum. For wider days out, Castle Howard is about half an hour away, and the North York Moors are within an hour's drive. The coast at Bridlington or Scarborough is also about an hour.
