Mulberry
Mulberry is in York, inside the city walls. It's a one bedroom cottage for two people. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well equipped.
The cottage is on a quiet side street just off Goodramgate. You really don't need a car. York Minster is about two minutes' walk away. You can get onto the city walls at Monkbar from here.
The living area is downstairs, with doors out to a small courtyard garden. There’s an old Roman archway in the garden, which is a bit unusual. Upstairs is the bedroom with a super king size bed. The stairs are fairly typical for a place like this, so they're not massive.
You're right in the middle of things. There are plenty of places to eat and drink on the doorstep, and lots of independent shops. The main museums like Jorvik, the Castle Museum, and the National Railway Museum are all within walking distance. You can get to the river easily if you fancy a boat trip.
For facilities, you've got a washing machine, WiFi, parking for one car on site, and bedding and towels are included. A travel cot and highchair are there if you need them.
