Cocoa Suites 23 is in York city centre, right by the River Foss. It's a studio apartment in an old industrial warehouse building. You're a few minutes' walk from everything.

The window looks out over the river. It's a quiet spot, considering you're in the middle of the city. There's a good TV and the wifi is included.

You're right there to see everything on foot: York Minster, The Shambles, Bettys. For trips further out, you can be at the National Trust Yorkshire places like Beningbrough Hall or the North York Moors in about half an hour by car.
