Apartment 2
This is Apartment 2. It's in York city centre, on the lower ground floor of a bigger building. You're right by the river.
It's a four-star apartment, so it's modern and clean. It sleeps six, but there are two proper bedrooms and a sofa bed. The second bedroom has two single beds that can zip together into a double if you need. There's one shower room.
The main room is open plan, with the kitchen, living and dining space all together. The kitchen has what you'd expect: dishwasher, fridge, microwave, that sort of thing. There's Wi-Fi and a TV. Bedding and towels are included.
You're a few minutes' walk from the middle of York. You can walk to the Minster, the Shambles, the Railway Museum, all of it. It's good for groups because you can book more than one apartment in the same building if you need to.
If you want a break from the city, the Yorkshire Dales are about half an hour's drive west. For a day out, you can drive to the coast at Scarborough or Filey in roughly the same time.
