Bootham House is a two-bedroom apartment on Bootham, the old main road into York. It’s on the second floor, so you get a good view of the Minster from the living room window.
It sleeps four, two king-size beds. Two bathrooms, both with showers. It’s got a 4 Star rating, so it’s well-equipped and comfortable. The kitchen is open plan with a dishwasher and washing machine. There’s a TV with Netflix.
You’re right on the edge of the city centre. York Minster and the railway station are about a ten-minute walk. It’s very handy for just wandering in.
If you want to drive out, the North York Moors are about half an hour away. The coast, like Scarborough, is a similar drive.
Facilities are all included: bedding, towels, WiFi, electricity. No pets.
