Apartment 3
This is Apartment 3, in York. It's one of eleven flats in a building called York Riverside Apartments. The location is the main thing. You're right in the middle of it all.
It sleeps four, but there's one proper bedroom with a kingsize bed. The other two would be on the double sofa bed in the living area. So it's fine for a family with kids, or two couples who don't mind one couple being in the living space. There's one shower room. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well equipped and comfortable.
The building has a lift, so you don't need to worry about stairs with bags. The apartment itself is open plan. The kitchen is modern and has what you need. It's not a huge space, but it's fine for a city break. There's a TV and Wi-Fi.
You really can walk to everything from here. York Minster, the Shambles, the museum, the lot. It's all a few minutes away. There are pubs and restaurants on your doorstep. You won't need the car once you're here.
Facilities wise: bedding and towels are included, electricity and utilities are covered. There's a walk-in shower. Parking isn't mentioned, so you'd need to check with me about that. Most people use public parking nearby. No pets, sorry.
