Apartment 6 is on Alpha Court, just off Bootham. It's a modern block, but the flat itself is a duplex, so it's on two floors.
It sleeps six in three bedrooms. Two bathrooms, one is an ensuite. The rating is 4 Star, so it's well equipped.
The main living space is open plan, which is good if you're all in together. The kitchen has a dishwasher. There's WiFi and a TV, and the bedding and towels are included.
Location wise, you're about a five minute walk from the river and maybe ten to fifteen minutes on foot to Bootham Bar for the city walls, or the Minster. It's a city centre flat, so you can hear street noise sometimes.
If you're driving, there's a pay and display car park opposite. You'll want to factor that in.
For days out, you're right by York, so the obvious things are the Minster, the Railway Museum, and the Jorvik Centre. In about half an hour you can drive out to the North York Moors. The coast at Scarborough or Filey is about 45 minutes.
