Chlobo Cottage
Chlobo Cottage is near Porth, just outside Newquay. It's a two-up two-down terraced cottage. You get the garden and a parking spot.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after.
The layout is open plan downstairs. Big windows make it feel light. The kitchen has what you need. The garden out the back is decent sized, fenced in, and looks over fields.
To get to it, you park in the private car park and then walk up a path. It's a bit of a slope. The path isn't great if you have trouble walking.
Porth Beach is a short walk away. It's a good, sandy beach for families. For surf, you'd drive to Watergate Bay. It's about five minutes by car. That beach is dog friendly as well. You can bring one dog.
You can walk the coastal path from here. The Porth Island Nature Reserve is right there. Trenance Gardens in Newquay is nice for a quieter stroll.
Newquay town centre is a couple of miles away for shops and more places to eat. The main beaches there are Fistral and Towan.
For a day out, you're close to loads. The Eden Project is about a 40 minute drive. St Michael's Mount is near Penzance, about an hour. The National Trust looks after a lot of the coast and some big houses nearby. The Cornwall National Landscape site has good walking information.
Facilities-wise it's got WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, and bedding is included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
