Penthouse 14 Oceangate
This is Penthouse 14 Oceangate, in Newquay. It's right in town. The main thing is the view. You can see the coast all along from the living area and the main bedroom.
It sleeps seven. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bathroom is en-suite. It's got a 5 Star rating, so everything's in good order. The third bedroom has a double and a single bed in it, which works well if you've got kids.
You get a big balcony that goes round the corner of the building. It's decked. There's outdoor furniture. You can see Fistral Beach from it. The path down to the beach goes past the golf course. The golf course is on the dunes, so the views from there are good too if you play.
Inside, it's an open plan living area with big windows. There's a kitchen, a dining table, and seating. It's all fairly modern. You get parking for two cars downstairs, which is a help in Newquay.
The town's got everything you need. Plenty of beaches. Fistral is the main surfing one and it's a short walk. For a rainy day, there's the zoo or the aquarium. The coastal path runs right past if you want a walk.
Further out, you've got Perranporth beach about twenty minutes down the coast. St Agnes is a bit further, maybe half an hour. It's a nice village with a cove beach.
In terms of what's here: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair. No pets allowed.
