The layout is upside-down, so the bedrooms are on the ground floor and the living area is upstairs. That's so you get the best view from the main room. The view is over the dunes to the sea. You can see it from the balcony. You'll need a car, but there is parking here and an EV charger.
All four bedrooms have super king beds, and two of them can be made into twins if you prefer. There's a main bathroom with a bath and separate shower, and the master bedroom has its own ensuite.
