Right, so Bora House. It's in Newquay. A ten, maybe fifteen minute walk from Fistral Beach. It's a three-storey house, one of those big places that's good for a couple of families to share.
It sleeps twelve, across six bedrooms. There are three bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's comfortable and well-equipped.
You get a private garden out the back. It's fenced, so it's good if you've got kids or a dog. You can have up to two pets. Parking's for one car on site.
Inside, it's got the basics you'd expect: a washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, and the bedding and towels are included. The stairs are normal house stairs, not too bad.
You can walk to some local shops and cafes. For a big supermarket, you'd want to drive. Fistral Beach is the main one close by. Some of the beaches have dog restrictions in summer, so check the signs.
If you're planning trips, the National Trust Cornwall page is good for gardens and coast. For the official walking routes and maps, South West Coast Path is the best source.
Within half an hour's drive you've got Perranporth beach, which is long and sandy. The Eden Project is about forty minutes away. Truro is inland if you need city things.
That's about it. It's a solid, big house for a group near Newquay.
