We're at 117 Atlantic Reach. It's in White Cross, which is inland from Newquay. The house is mid-terrace. There's a bit of communal lawn out the front. The garden area is yours, it's got a patio and some grass.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 2 Star rating. That means it's basic, but it's clean and everything works. It's a solid base.
Downstairs is all open plan. The living area is a decent size and it leads into the kitchen and dining bit. The kitchen has what you need.
You can bring one dog. Bedding and towels are included. There's a TV and a washing machine. You park in one of the car parks on the site, the nearest one is just a short walk from the front door.
Newquay is about five miles away. That's where the main beaches are, like Fistral and Watergate Bay. There's golf, shops, and all the pubs and restaurants you'd expect. The A30 is a short drive away, so getting to the rest of Cornwall is straightforward.
