Ivy
Ivy is a bungalow in Burgh le Marsh. It's all on the ground floor. The front garden is yours to use. It looks out over farm fields.

You're on the edge of the village. It's quiet. There are a couple of pubs in the village you can walk to. One does food.
Skegness is about ten minutes away by car. The beach is there, and all the usual seafront things. If you want a quieter coast, Gibraltar Point nature reserve is maybe twenty-five minutes drive. It's good for walks and birdwatching.
Louth is a market town, about twenty minutes inland. It has a lot of independent shops. The Lincolnshire Wolds are right there for walking. The Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre is near East Kirkby, which is a twenty minute drive. They have a Lancaster bomber you can look at.
For facilities: there's parking right outside, a dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. It's not suitable for pets.
