This is Buff Lake, in Addlethorpe. It's a detached lodge. The main thing is it's on a private fishing lake. You can sit on your deck, right over the water. That's the point of the place.
It sleeps six in two bedrooms and has two bathrooms. There's also a hot tub out on the deck. Everything's on the ground floor, so it's suitable for wheelchairs, and the whole garden is enclosed. You can bring up to two dogs.
The lodge is fairly new, so everything's clean and modern. It's got a washing machine, dishwasher, and wifi. Robes and slippers are provided for the hot tub. The rating is 5 Star, which tends to mean things like the hot tub and finishes are of a higher standard.
You're about a mile from the beach at Ingoldmells. It's sandy. Skegness is three and a half miles up the road for all the usual seaside stuff - arcades, the fair, that sort of thing. Fantasy Island and Butlin's are very close if that's what you're after. There's a shop and a couple of pubs a mile away.
For a quieter day, Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve is good for a walk and some birdwatching. Further afield, you've got places like Lincoln within an hour's drive.
The facilities list is fairly comprehensive, but if there's anything specific you're wondering about, just ask.
