Lynton House
Lynton House is in Orby, in Lincolnshire. It's a detached cottage, so no neighbours on the other side of the wall. The big thing about it is the garden. It's over an acre, so there's a lot of space for kids to run around. There's a pond in the garden. It's unfenced, so you'll need to keep an eye on small children.

The coast is five miles away. That gets you to the sandy beaches. Skegness, Butlins, Fantasy Island, and Ingoldmells are all within about a fifteen minute drive. For a quieter day, Gunby Hall is a National Trust property less than ten minutes away. Gunby Hall.
If you like walking or cycling, the Lincolnshire Wolds aren't far. Places like Alford, Horncastle, and Louth are market towns you can reach within half an hour.
For facilities: it says you can bring two dogs. There's parking. Washing machine, WiFi, a cot and highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. There's a wood burner in the snug, but you'll need to bring your own logs.
