Lynton House is in Orby, Lincolnshire. It's a detached cottage. The main thing about it is the space. Inside and out. It's got a big garden, over an acre. There's an unfenced pond in the garden, so you need to be aware with kids or dogs.
It sleeps five. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, so no big queues in the morning. There's an open-plan living area with doors to the garden. Then a separate snug room with a wood burner. It's handy if some people want to watch TV and others want a bit of quiet.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well-equipped. The stairs are fine.
You're about five miles from the coast. The beaches are sandy. Skegness, Ingoldmells, and Fantasy Island are all within a quarter of an hour's drive. Butlins is there too if that's your thing.
There's a pub a quarter of a mile down the lane. Burgh-le-Marsh is two miles away and has shops, takeaways, and a couple more pubs that do food.
For days out, Gunby Hall is less than ten minutes away. It's a National Trust place. The Lincolnshire Wolds are good for walking and cycling. The market towns of Alford, Horncastle, and Louth are all within half an hour.
Facilities: WiFi, parking, washing machine, wood burner. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. There's a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them.
