Rose Cottage is a detached bungalow in Irby in the Marsh, between Skegness and Lincoln. It's on a quiet lane with fields around it.
It sleeps six. That's from having two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything's on one floor, which is good if stairs are a problem.
The garden is enclosed, which is handy. There's a hot tub out there. It's private.
Inside, it's got a woodburning stove, a TV with satellite, and WiFi. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking.
The local pub is about half a mile away. The nearest shop and a few more places to eat are in Burgh le Marsh, two miles away.
For a day out, Skegness is about nine miles. It's a proper traditional seaside town with a beach. Lincoln is a good 45 minute drive inland. The cathedral is worth seeing. Lincoln Castle is there too. The Lincolnshire Wolds are good for walking and cycling.
If you're interested in nature, Gibraltar Point near Skegness is good. There's local fishing at Bratoft, a couple of miles away, and a golf course nearby.
