This is Xxxb. It's one of the cottages in Wainfleet All Saints, Lincolnshire. They're all in the old Royal Oak pub building. It's a quiet village, about five miles from Skegness.
It sleeps six. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It’s got a 5 Star rating, which means it’s well finished and comfortable. There's underfloor heating downstairs and a wood burner in the living room. The garden is enclosed.
Wainfleet itself has the basics: a couple of pubs, shops, takeaways, and a train station. It's a useful spot.
Skegness is the main draw, about a ten-minute drive. It's a classic seaside town with a beach, amusements, and an aquarium. If you prefer nature, Gibraltar Point is a good nature reserve nearby for walks and birdwatching. There's fishing on the River Steeping about a mile away.
For facilities: it has a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking on site. There's an electric vehicle charger. We can provide a cot and highchair. You can bring two dogs.
