Xxxb is one of the cottages at Royal Oak Cottages in Wainfleet All Saints. They were converted from the old pub and its outbuildings. It’s a quiet village, about ten minutes’ drive from Skegness.
The cottage sleeps six. It’s got three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which makes it a bit easier with a full house. It has a 5 Star rating. That means underfloor heating downstairs and a wood burner. It’s very comfortable and well-finished.
The garden is enclosed, so it’s safe for dogs and kids. We take up to two pets.
Wainfleet has a few shops, a couple of pubs, and a train station. The line goes into Skegness. Skegness has the usual seaside things: a beach, amusements, an aquarium. It’s good for a day out with children.
If you prefer nature, Gibraltar Point is close by. It’s a big nature reserve on the coast with good walks and birdwatching. You can drive there in about ten minutes. There’s fishing on the River Steeping, about a mile away.
From the cottage, you can get to Lincoln in under an hour. The coastal path stretches for miles if you like walking. And of course, there's golf nearby if that’s your thing.
Inside, you’ve got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them.
