Salem Porter is one of the cottages here at the old Royal Oak pub site in Wainfleet. It's a two-bedroom place, sleeps four. There's one bathroom.
It's been done up to a high standard, so it feels comfortable. Underfloor heating on the ground floor and a wood burner in the living room. The garden is enclosed so it's private.
You can bring two dogs. There's parking right here, and an electric vehicle charger if you need it. We've got bike storage too.
Wainfleet's a small town. There are a few pubs, shops, and takeaways within walking distance. The railway station is about a mile away if you fancy getting the train to the coast.
The beach at Skegness is about five miles, so a ten-minute drive. It's a classic family seaside place with all the usual stuff. For a different kind of coast, Gibraltar Point is nearby. Good for walks and birdwatching.
There's fishing on the River Steeping if that's your thing, and plenty of quiet lanes for cycling. For a day out, you could drive to Gunby Hall or into the Lincolnshire Wolds.
Everything's included: bedding, towels, electricity, and wifi. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, and we can provide a cot and highchair.
