Salem Porter
This is Salem Porter. It's one of the cottages on the old Royal Oak pub site in Wainfleet All Saints. We converted them a few years ago.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating, which really just means everything is new, clean, and works properly. Underfloor heating on the ground floor, and a wood burner in the living room. The garden is enclosed, which is handy if you've brought dogs. You can bring two.
Wainfleet's a quiet village. There's a shop, a couple of pubs that do food, and a train station. The railway goes to Skegness if you don't want to drive.
Skegness is about five miles east. That's where the big beach is, and all the amusements. If you want a quieter bit of coast, Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve is just south of there. Good for walks and birds.
Fishing is possible on the River Steeping, about a mile away. There are some flat walking and cycling routes around the lanes too.
Inside, it's got what you'd need. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Parking is right outside.
