Hollands Pond is a bungalow on a caravan park near Wainfleet in Lincolnshire. It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The main thing is the space. It's open plan, and there's a conservatory on the back. That looks out over your own enclosed garden, which is private. You get a view of one of the fishing lakes from there. You can use the lakes for free if you fancy some coarse fishing, they're just a short walk away.
Because it's a bungalow with a level entrance, it's suitable for a wheelchair. There's also a seat in the shower.
Everything you'd need is included. Wifi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are provided. There's parking right there.

For basics, Wainfleet is the nearest place. It's got shops, a supermarket, a few pubs and some takeaways. It's about a mile and a quarter away. The Batemans Brewery Visitor Centre is there if you want to do a tour.
The coast is close. Skegness is six miles away, so you've got the beach and everything that goes with it.
