Northolme Hall is a large old house in Wainfleet All Saints, near Skegness. It's Georgian, with an Elizabethan cottage attached to it. It sleeps twenty people, so it's for big groups. There are eleven bedrooms and five bathrooms.
It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's well-equipped and comfortable, but don't expect a hotel.
The main thing is the space and the grounds. There's a three acre garden with places to sit outside, a barbecue, and a tennis court. For wet days, there's an indoor heated swimming pool. There's a games area with a pool table and table tennis, and a separate play park for children.
Inside, there's plenty of room to spread out. There are three living rooms, two kitchens, and a dining room that seats twenty two. One of the bedrooms has a cinema screen set up. There's also a secret playroom for kids, which they always love.
It's on the edge of the town, so it's quiet, but you can walk to a local pub and a shop in about five minutes. Wainfleet has a weekly market and the Batemans Brewery if you're interested in that.
Skegness beach is about a twenty minute drive. The Gibraltar Point nature reserve is good for walks and birdwatching. You can get to the Lincolnshire Wolds or Boston within half an hour if you want a change from the coast.
In terms of facilities, pretty much everything is included. Bedding, towels, Wi-Fi, parking. There's an electric vehicle charger. It's listed as a luxury property, which in this case just means it has more things than most, like the pool.
