Northolme Hall

Northolme Hall is near Wainfleet, in Lincolnshire. It's a big Georgian house on about three acres of land. It's detached, and you also get a separate Elizabethan cottage with it. Together, they sleep twenty people. There are eleven bedrooms and five bathrooms.

It's a 4 Star property, which is more about space and facilities than being ultra-modern. It’s clean and well-kept. Everything’s included: bedding, towels, all the utilities.

The main thing here is the space for a big group. You've got three living rooms, two kitchens, and a dining room that seats over twenty. There's a secret playroom for kids. One of the bedrooms has a cinema screen set up in it.

Outside, the gardens are landscaped. There's plenty of patio furniture and a barbecue. For a big family holiday or a special occasion, it works well.

The facilities are the main draw. There's an indoor heated swimming pool. A full-size tennis court. A games room with pool, table tennis, and air hockey. There's a kids' play park and a proper Victorian-style playhouse for them. We've also put in an electric vehicle charger.

It's on the edge of Wainfleet All Saints. There's a local shop and a pub about a quarter of a mile away. The town has a weekly market and Batemans Brewery does tours if that's your thing.

Skegness is about five miles away for the beach and the amusements. The Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve is out that way too, good for walks and birdwatching.

No pets, sorry. It’s set up for families and big groups.
