Barn House

Barn House is near Friskney, in Lincolnshire. It's a converted barn, so it's a big, square building. It’s detached, so you won't have anyone next door.

It sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, next to its own little sitting room and a shower room. It’s handy if someone in your group doesn't want to deal with stairs. The rating is 5 Star, so everything should be in good order.

There's a lot of space inside, three different living areas. Outside, there's a covered area with the hot tub and some seating. You can use that even if it's raining.

The coast is about nine or ten miles away. Skegness is down that way. It's a typical seaside town, with a pier, amusements, that sort of thing. There are sandy beaches.

Closer by, about two miles towards Skegness, there's a pub that does food. It's open Thursday to Sunday. For a supermarket, you'd go to Old Leake, about four miles away.

If you like walking and nature, Gibraltar Point isn't far. It's a good spot for birdwatching. The Lincolnshire Wolds are inland for countryside walks. Boston is about twelve miles south, it's a proper market town with the Stump, that big church.

For facilities: everything you'd expect is here. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. There's parking. Bedding and towels are included. We've got a cot and highchair if you need them. The garden is enclosed. No pets, sorry.
