It's called Field View. It's in Wainfleet St Mary, near Skegness. Honestly, the first thing people notice is it's a proper modern barn conversion, so it's all on one level. No stairs at all. That's the main thing.
It sleeps five. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and everything's fairly new.
The garden is enclosed, which is good if you've got dogs or children. There's a patio with a hot tub. You're right on the edge of our farm, about 80 acres. You're welcome to walk around it. There's a river too, the Steeping. If you like fishing, you can do that here, no charge.
The location is quiet, but you're not cut off. There's a pub, a shop, and a bistro about a five minute walk away. They're fine. We're a mile or so from Wainfleet All Saints itself, which has a few more bits.
Skegness is about five miles away if you want the seaside. It's got the sand and the pier and all that. The beach is good. If you're into golf, there's a course at Skegness too.
For days out, the Gunby Hall estate is nice. Tattershall Castle isn't far either. Lincoln is a bit further, maybe 50 minutes, but the cathedral and castle are worth it if you don't mind the drive.
Inside, it's got what you'd need. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Parking is right outside.
You can bring up to two dogs. It's the sort of place where you come back with muddy boots, so that's fine.
