It's called Sandpiper, out near Gibraltar Point in Lincolnshire. It's one of a few barns here. Ours is all on one level, which makes it easier if stairs are a problem.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom, which is a wet-room. That means it's level access, no shower tray.
Out the back you've got your own bit of garden with a patio. There's parking right outside.
Inside it's open plan. There's a dishwasher, a TV, and Wi-Fi. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. You can bring one dog.
You're about a mile from the beach at Skegness. The Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve is even closer, just a short walk away. It's good for birdwatching and long walks along the coast. Their visitor centre has a café. The Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust has the details.
There's a local pub about a mile away that does food. Skegness itself has all the usual seaside things: beach, amusements, fairground. There's a golf course nearby too.
If you want to go further, Lincoln is under an hour's drive. The Lincolnshire Wolds are about half an hour inland. Visit Lincolnshire has maps and ideas.
