Barn Cottage
Barn Cottage is on the north edge of Skegness. It's a detached barn conversion, so you've got your own walls and a bit of space around you. The road's a quiet cul-de-sac, which is nice.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. That's handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. It’s modern inside, new fittings and that. There's an open plan living area.
You're about 500 yards from the beach. It's a sandy one. The town centre is a mile away if you want the arcades and everything. There's a shop and a pub a quarter of a mile up the road.
The cottage backs onto a golf course. You can use the clubhouse bar and restaurant if you want. The beach has donkey rides and there's a bowls green on the seafront.
Natureland, with the seal sanctuary, is less than a mile away. Fantasy Island theme park is two miles. There's a leisure park with a swimming pool about a mile and a half away.
You can bring one well-behaved dog. The garden is enclosed, which helps with that. There's a patio with a BBQ, a washing machine, and parking right there. We provide bedding, and there's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
For days out, Gunby Hall is about seven miles. The National Trust page has the visiting details. For the wider area, Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust is useful for walks.
