Gainsborough Cottage is in Chapel St Leonards. It's a detached cottage, so you've got your own space. I live next door if you need anything. It's just at the bottom of the sand dunes, so it's a very short walk straight through to the beach, maybe fifty yards.
It sleeps three in two bedrooms. It's a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after. There's one bathroom with a shower. Pets are welcome, up to two.
The main thing is the garden. It's a big courtyard, fully enclosed. It's a good spot to sit out after being on the beach all day, especially if you have dogs.
The village centre is a couple of minutes walk away, about 250 yards. There are a few shops, some pubs and restaurants, and the usual seafront amusements. For something different, the North Sea Observatory at Chapel Point does good coffee and food. The views from there are very good. You can walk along the coast road to Anderby Creek.
Skegness is the main town nearby if you want more going on. Butlins and Fantasy Island are there if that's your sort of thing. Inland, the Lincolnshire Wolds are nice for a drive or a walk. Louth is a historic market town worth a visit.
Facilities: There's parking on site, a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a stairgate if you need it. For walkers and cyclists, the area is quite flat and accessible.
