Plum Cottage is on Authorpe Row in Lincolnshire. It's part of a small group of barn conversions. They're all very clean and looked after. They share a big lawned garden and you have your own enclosed patio bit.
It sleeps seven. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom is a wet room on the ground floor. There are no grab rails or shower seat in there, just so you know. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The cottage is open plan inside. It's got the original beams but it's furnished in a modern way. Everything's included: bedding, towels, washing machine, dishwasher. There's parking right there.
You can bring two dogs. There's a BBQ and the garden is enclosed, which is handy for that.
The local pub is about a quarter of a mile walk. It does food. The nearest shop is a mile away.
There's a fishing lake on site you can use. For days out, Skegness and Fantasy Island are about a 30 minute drive for family stuff. Nature wise, Gibraltar Point is really good. If you're here in November or December, the seal breeding beaches at Donna Nook are worth seeing.
