Plum Cottage is on Authorpe Row in Lincolnshire. It's one of a small group of converted barns. They're smart inside, with the old beams still there. You get your own patio and share a big lawn.
It sleeps five. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is a wet room on the ground floor. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after.
The stairs are fine. There's a washing machine, a dishwasher, and parking right outside. Bedding is included and we can provide a highchair and stairgate.
You're allowed to bring two dogs. The patio and garden are enclosed, which helps.
There's a fishing lake on site you can use. The local pub is about a quarter of a mile walk away. They do food. The nearest shop is a mile.
Skegness and Fantasy Island are within half an hour if you want that sort of day out. For something quieter, Gibraltar Point is good for birds and nature. If you come in November or December, the seal colony at Donna Nook is worth seeing.
