Twenty
This place is called Twenty. It's a big Victorian house on the main street in Sutton on Sea. It's detached, so no neighbours on the other side of the wall. You're two minutes from the beach.
It sleeps eight people in four bedrooms. There's one bathroom, with a shower over the bath. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well equipped.
Out the back there's a garden that's just for you. There's a private hot tub there and a games room with a pool table. Parking is on the drive at the front.
You've got a shop and a pub about a hundred yards away. The beach is mostly sand and very flat. For a longer stretch, you can walk all the way along to Mablethorpe.
Mablethorpe is about four miles up the coast. They've got an indoor play centre there for wet days. Skegness is twelve miles south. It's a traditional seaside town with arcades and a big wheel. The seal sanctuary at Natureland is worth a visit.
Inland, the Lincolnshire Wolds are good for walking and cycling. It's an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There's a lot of aviation history around here from the war. Lincoln is about an hour's drive if you want a day out in the city.
The house has a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi and TV. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring two dogs.
