Twenty
This house is called Twenty because that's its number on the road. It's in Sutton on Sea, a couple of minutes' walk from the beach. It's a big, detached Victorian place.
It sleeps eight people in four bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a shower. The place has a 4 Star rating. It's roomy and comfortable, and we keep it clean.
You get the whole garden to yourselves. There's a private hot tub out there, which is nice in the evening. Inside, there's a separate games room with a pool table.
The local shop and a pub are about a hundred yards away. The beach is sandy and flat, good for walks. If you drive a few miles, Mablethorpe has indoor play centres for kids. Skegness is about twelve miles south for more traditional seaside things.
The Lincolnshire Wolds are close by if you want to go walking or cycling. It's an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There's a lot of history around here too, like old airfields from the war. Lincoln is under an hour's drive for a day out to the cathedral and castle.
What's here: it's detached, with parking. There's wifi, a TV, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring two dogs.
