Dawson Park 7 is a holiday home on a small private estate just outside Mablethorpe. It's one of a group of similar places, but each has its own enclosed garden. The beach is about a ten minute walk away.
It sleeps six people. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
The place is all on one level, which makes it straightforward. There's a walk-in shower and wheelchair access at the entrance. If you have specific accessibility needs, it's best to call and check the details before you book.
Mablethorpe itself is a classic British seaside town. There's a sandy beach, a fairground, amusements, and a park with paddling pools. It's good for a family holiday. The town has plenty of cafes and places to eat. There's a shop and a pub within a quarter of a mile.
If you want to explore, you can drive south along the coast to Sutton-on-Sea and Skegness. Skegness has a big funfair and Butlin's is nearby. To the north is the Donna Nook nature reserve, where you can see seals, especially during the pupping season in the winter.
Inside, it has the things you'd expect: a washing machine, TV, WiFi, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them.
For more information about the area, the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust manages Donna Nook and other local reserves. The Lincolnshire Wolds are a short drive inland if you fancy a change from the coast.
