Dawson Park 7
This is Dawson Park 7. It's a holiday home on a private estate in Mablethorpe. The development is quiet, and each place has its own enclosed garden.
The house sleeps six. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. We think it's clean and comfortable, and everything you'd need is there. You can bring one dog.
It's about a five minute walk to the beach. The sand is good. The town centre, with the shops, pubs, and places to eat, is about the same distance away.
If you want a walk along the seafront, you can head south to Sutton-on-Sea or Sandilands. To the north, there's Donna Nook. In the winter, you can see the seals with their pups from the viewing area. It's about a twenty minute drive.
Further down the coast towards Skegness, there's Fantasy Island and Butlin's. Skegness itself is about a half hour drive if you want the big fair and things like that.
Inside, it's all on one level, so no stairs. There's parking right outside. It has a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them.
