Dawson Park 9 is a holiday home on a small private estate in Mablethorpe. It's one of a row, but you've got your own garden. The beach is about a five minute walk away.
It sleeps six. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. One of the shower rooms is a walk-in. The place has a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well looked after.
The site is level and the entrance is wheelchair accessible. The doors inside are standard width.
Mablethorpe itself is a proper old-school seaside town. There's a sandy beach, a fairground, amusements, and those coloured beach huts. It's good for a family holiday. The local shop and a couple of places to eat are a short walk away.
If you drive south down the coast, you get to Sutton-on-Sea and Sandilands. They're quieter, good for a walk. Further on is Skegness, with more attractions. To the north, there's Donna Nook. During the breeding season in winter, you can see the grey seals there with their pups. It's a remarkable sight.
Facilities here cover what you'd need: WiFi, TV, washing machine, parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog. We've also got a cot and a highchair if needed.
