Dawson Park 9
Dawson Park 9 is a modern holiday home part of a small private development in Mablethorpe, Lincolnshire. It's a short walk from the main road where you can get into town. You get your own walled garden. It's all on one level.
It sleeps six, three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bedroom has an ensuite. Being 4 Star means it's a bit more comfortable, decent fixtures and fittings. As it's all on ground level it's good if you need wheelchair access.
The beach is about a five minute walk down the main road, less than half a mile. It's Mablethorpe beach, so sand, ice cream vans, all that. You've got fairgrounds and arcades up in the town centre. There are supermarkets, pubs, and fish and chip shops all within easy walking distance.
A short drive south gets you to Sutton-on-Sea, which has lovely walks along the promenade. Further south, about a 30 minute drive, is Skegness for the pier and bigger attractions. To the north, about 25 minutes by car, is Donna Nook. If you visit between October and December you can see the seals. Check their site for viewing advice.
There's parking right by the house. Pets are allowed, but just the one. The Wifi works fine. Bedding and towels are included, there's a washing machine, and we can provide a cot and highchair if you need them.
