Brandon

It's called Brandon, and it's in Sandilands. That's in Lincolnshire, on the coast.

It's a detached house, just up from the beach. About a hundred yards from the seafront. There's a front porch you can use for sandy boots or wet dogs.

It sleeps ten, with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Being a 5 Star place means it's got a good standard of finish and is comfortable for a bigger group. The living room is big, and there's a separate snug room if some people want to watch a film.

There's a shop and a café about fifty yards away. The café does food. For a walk, you can go along the promenade. It's about a mile to Sutton-on-Sea, and about another two to Mablethorpe.

Mablethorpe has all the traditional seaside things: amusements, fairground, an aquarium. You can get a bus from there up to Fantasy Island or Butlins in Skegness. Skegness itself is about a half hour drive up the coast.

The property is getting fully renovated inside, so I don't have new photos yet. That's due to be finished in April 2026.

Facilities: It's got parking, an enclosed garden, a washing machine, dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. It's family friendly, with a cot, highchair, and stairgate available. You can bring up to two dogs. It has a woodburning stove.

If you're looking into the area for walks or days out, the Visit Lincolnshire site is useful for the coast, and the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust covers the local nature reserves.
