Brandon is in Sandilands, near Sutton-on-Sea. It's a detached house about a hundred yards from the beach. It's in a normal residential street.
It sleeps eight people. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's a 5 Star place, so it's well set up. There's a wood burner.
The main thing is you get your own private beach hut. It's just down the road. It's got a gas stove in it and some bits for the beach. You can leave your stuff there.
The house has a big garden room with a TV and a desk if you need to work. There's also a separate cinema room with a projector.
There's a front porch which is good for dogs or muddy boots. The back garden is enclosed. Parking is on the drive.
There's a shop and a café about fifty yards away. The café does food. Sutton-on-Sea is about a mile's walk along the promenade. Mablethorpe is another two miles on from there.
Mablethorpe has all the usual seaside things. If you want bigger attractions, Skegness and Fantasy Island are about a half hour drive up the coast. Butlins is there too. For a quieter day, you can walk for miles along the beach from the door.
The facilities list is pretty complete. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, all bedding and towels included. It's a dog-friendly place, up to two dogs. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
For local information, the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust has good details on the coast and reserves. The National Trust has a few places nearby like Gunby Hall.
